People who know me know that I love push-ups. I love them so much that this is the second time in less than a month that I am featuring the popular exercise in my blog (see also 8/18/11 post). However, rather than lecture you on proper form, today I’d like to do something a little fun and provide you with the world records for the most number of push-ups in several different categories.

Who even knew that people are out there doing one-fingered push-ups? I guess it’s interesting to know that if you’re good at it, you can have a record to your name. Anyway, I’ll stick to my regular push-ups and I would advise you all to do the same!
